Matthew Arambulo: Volleyball Coach in Tustin, CA

I currently coach a Girls 14's team for Momentous Volleyball Club. My main objective in coaching is to introduce the fundamental skills to compete as well as foster a love for the game. I am in constant communication with players, parents and management in order to position the players on my team in situations to succeed and grow as young athletes.

My duties included: - Communicating with clients and designers to create email campaigns. - Delegating work on strict deadlines to complete on time. - Creating ad designs based on client wants & needs. - Cooperated in coordinating marketing strategies.

I coached a Girls Frosh/Soph A team in the 2013 season & a Girls JV team in 2014. My main goal was to cultivate a sense of pride a enjoyment in a growing volleyball program finding success in a competitive league. I think we accomplished this every year. The F/S team won 1st place at the Segerstrom F/S Tournament as well as the Estancia F/S Tournament. The following year the JV team won the Segerstrom JV Tournament, and placed higher in every tournament than previous years. Both seasons the teams finished with positive records and more girls were trying out for the program than before.

I coached girls and boys ranging from the age divisions of 13’s, 14’s & 15’s. My goal every practice and tournament was to teach the fundamentals of volleyball while preparing athletes for higher levels of competition. I communicated with players, parents and management to create a positive and competitive environment in which each individual player had the opportunity to succeed. I allocated playing time, determined player's positions based on their strengths, and encouraged a strong team mentality & work ethic.

Initially I coached summer volleyball camps. During the 2011 and 2012 seasons I coached a JV Boys team and a Frosh/Soph Girls team. My duties included teaching athletes the necessary skills to compete in the sport, supervised that they maintained a certain GPA to participate, and set expectations with both parents and players to provide the best experience.

My responsibilities included: - Directing practices and managing playing time in competition. - Overseeing team expectations and goals. - Facilitating team activities, competitions and travel.

My duties included: - Selling products within my assigned territory. - Creating a sales "funnel" by cold-calling on the phone or in the field as well as creative lead generating techniques. - Showing knowledge of the full ADT portfolio of products and services. - Follow up with prospects, utilize closing techniques to leverage sales. - Conducting post installation follow-ups and maintaining customer satisfaction.

My daily responsibilities included: - Preparing ingredients for cooking. - Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. - Cooking the fried rice and chow mein. - Providing high quality customer service.

Seasonal 2010 & 2011 My daily responsibilities included: - Delivering a satisfying customer experience by greeting customers and informing customers all sales, promotions and ringing procedures. - Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store front by stocking shelves and removing any debris. - Maintaining awareness of loss prevention

My daily responsibilities included: - Greeting members and relaying important information and special promotions. - Maintaining the cleanliness of the register and the Front End area. - Facilitating the movement of lines by transferring items from cart to the belt and retrieving requested items. - Assisting other departments of the warehouse when necessary - Providing prompt and courteous customer service to members, employers, and suppliers.
