Matthew Jordan: in Denver, Colorado

In my current role at Jordan Search Consultants, I work as a senior healthcare recruiter focused on long-term, relationship-driven search work. I partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, executives, and leadership teams to help them build stable, high-functioning clinical teams. My day-to-day work is less about transactions and more about trust. I manage full-cycle searches, but the real value I bring is understanding people. I spend a lot of time listening, reading between the lines, and helping both candidates and clients navigate high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence. Many ofF the relationships I manage span years, not months. I serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the entire process, setting expectations, managing communication, and making sure everyone feels informed and supported. I regularly handle sensitive conversations around compensation, relocation, career changes, and team dynamics, often acting as a calm, steady presence in situations that carry a lot of pressure. At its core, my role is about representing people well, protecting relationships, and creating outcomes where both sides feel taken care of. That relationship management skill is the foundation of everything I do.
