RH is a curator of design, taste and style in the luxury lifestyle market, offering furniture, lighting, textiles, rugs, bath ware, décor and outdoor, as well as baby & child and teen products. I was recruited to lead, develop and execute implementation of the $200M Baby & Child and RH Teen brand for Restoration Hardware including all categories (textile, décor, lighting and furniture), as well as build a team to both revitalize and grow the business.

Launched in 2003, PBteen is the first home retail concept to fo cus exclusively on the teen market offering original lighting, décor, furniture and textiles on a seasonal basis. I led the brand on all seasonal developments across multiple categories and thousands of SKU's. I was also responsible for leading exciting, growth initiatives, launching PB Dorm and the first series of designer collaborations within WSI with brands such as Emily & Merritt, Kelly Slater, Burton Snowboards and more.
