I am responsible for the project management of new commercial installations of Industrial Vending systems. Primary interface with Sales to provide project plans,consultative support and positioning to help their goals. Work with internal groups such as Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering and Technology to provide the necessary resources to support the project plans. Some examples of my everyday responsibilities include: Prepare project plans, including definition, scope, resources, and schedule. Facilitate the implementation plan between SupplyPro and the client. Step the customer through the implementation process and help them gain a better understanding of our system features and functionality for both hardware and software. Establish and maintain key account-client relationships in order to increase client satisfaction. Allocate resources based upon magnitude and necessity of project size and prioritized tasks. Track all installation activity and provides necessary reports for all parties. Ensure proper allocation of resources for efficient and timely installations. Thorough understanding of the SupplyPro products and provide support from pre-sale through customer implementation. Providing tele-conference training sessions . Work with Production Scheduling on commits to ship and deliver product. Perform quarterly account summaries for all key accounts.
