Michael Leonard: in Buckeye, AZ

Participated in and contributed to the successful growth of a 7 store automotive repair chain to 85 locations in 5 states. I grew along with it from a Service Advisor to Regional VP running half the company. I was responsible for all aspects of the operation from site selection, construction, recruiting and employee development. I am transitioning to a new career and seeking a rewarding position that benefits from the many leadership skills I have developed over the years and has opportunities for personal growth. I believe it is not only important to share my knowledge and mentor others but to continue to grow and develop my own abilities as well. I can lead and inspire others to do better. I take ownership of in all that I do and seek out creative ways to solve problems. I think that is why I had so much success in my last position and why I will continue to be successful in the future.
