Us Versus Them started in 2005 as a creative outlet and complement to the groundbreaking Southern California clothing
store and art gallery Versus. In the years since, it has outgrown the confines of its humble origins and now stands as an
internationally recognized brand.
Since I was in high school I have assisted Us Versus Them with clothing design as well as general brand management and social media support. This brand is a true passion project for me that I take great pride in being a part of.

Graphic Designer and Brand Strategist | 08/2019 - Current
As the Lead Graphic Designer & Brand Strategist for Burger Lounge, I am responsible for executing key graphic design
projects and contributing at a high level to achieve brand and company goals. My role is integral to everything from print and web design, to product launches and photography / videography. One of the reasons I was chosen for this position was
my ability to be a "jack of all trades" when it comes to creative direction.
• Spearheaded the design and implementation of all print materials for this California-based restaurant chain. Supplied all
design and marketing collateral for the company's headquarters and it's 24 brick and mortar locations.
• Implemented both static and animated imagery for E-blasts that reached a customer base with over 100,000 subscribers.
• Created custom typography and apparel designs for employee uniforms, giveaway swag items, and merchandise
available for purchase online.
• Instituted an efficient inventory system for all merchandise and took charge of E-commerce website.
• Served as the front end web specialist and worked directly with the dev team to maintain and improve upon all UX/UI
functionality.
The Nomadik
Graphic Designer | 11/2016 - Current
The Nomadik is the premier subscription box for outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers. I currently create all printed inserts
shipped along with the brand's monthly subscription packages. I also produce all digital collateral from heavily manipulated
hero images, hand-drawn iconography, to logo design, and UX/UI.
• Lead designer for all printed materials and packaging materials that reached a global audience of over 100,000
subscribers.
• Created the brand logo, wordmarks, and style guide.
• Produced motion graphics for both stop-motion animations and full video production advertisements.
• Utilized custom typography and hand-drawn illustrations for apparel design.
• Consulted with senior brand advocates and owners to advise the best marketing direction and tactics.
Marine Corps Community Services
Graphic Designer | 12/2016 - 11/2019
Through MCCS I worked closely with the Marine Corps to develop any and all requested marketing materials. From print
design to web management, to physical marketing application, MCCS covers a wide variety of needs to serve the men and women who serve our country.
I personally assisted in both small scale and large scale print design, web content and design management, as well as photography and video assistance for the many events that take place throughout Southern California's military bases.
• Led a 6 man design team in a multitude of projects ranging from basic website maintenance to large scale and nation-wide advertising campaigns.
• Hand produced and assembled thousands of printed marketing materials.
• Served as an assistant to a large scale printing service. Designing, printing, cutting, and mounting everything from small raffle tickets, to large framed posters, to 25-foot billboards spread throughout southern California and other military bases across the United States.
• Served as a council member for all marketing goals applied by the Marine Corps headquarters in Quantico, Virginia.
• Designed custom typography and logos for over 25 military-based programs and educational classes.
• Led all video and photo production for on-base athletic tournaments, celebrity, appearances, instructional videos, and local programs.
• Created a 75+ page program and Video recap of the MCAS Miramar Air show. The world's largest air show that hosts more than 150,000 attendees annually.

Throughout my college years, I worked for this premiere Southern California skateboarding brand and played many different roles. While my main role was as a store manager for two of the company's more profitable branches, I also was
the corporate footwear manager where I implemented my vast knowledge of sneakers to help the company select and purchase the most trending and sought-after shoes on the market. I also assisted with skateboard/apparel designs and ran several social media accounts associated with the company.
