Contribute to the Agency missions by serving as both a Technical Writer and Strategic Communications Officer. Directed the development and implementation of national communication’s strategies, providing up-to-date information for Army, Civilians and Defense partners across the United States. Facilitated the production of all core internal and external communications to include, strategic communication plans, briefings, presentations, websites, press releases, daily correspondence, interviews, meeting calendars, and executive memorandums. • Developed communications products for internal and external stakeholders through solutions-based methods, delivering value added services executed through project management techniques. • Advised senior leaders, subject matter experts and industry professionals on courses of action for communication programs, trends and brand analysis to create successful programmatic engagements nationwide and globally. Developed, edited and disseminated core and collateral communications and public relations materials. • Served as spokesperson at national conferences. Traveled extensively to arrange interviews for senior leaders and team members at local districts, Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Pentagon. At conferences, assisted team members in the formulation of well-developed and concisely answered responses to questions. • Conducted market research in support of public outreach programs, acquisition opportunities and financial objectives.
