The Platform Health team are responsible for ad enabling, trouble shooting, and provide advice for ad procurement and ad sales.
• Responsible for enabling new publisher accounts and integrating their contents and ads into LiveIntent platform including website
validation, creation of ad inventory, ad slots activation, and ad size initiation.
• Provide demo and training to publishers on existing and new platform functions and self-service tools such as template mock-up
creations, advertiser domain blocking, trafficking, reporting, and inventory management.
• Conduct routine trouble shooting and ad fulfillment monitoring, and work with engineering and product teams for more important
changes including newsletter templates, and ad tags.
• Work directly with publishers to help them achieve their revenue targets for their newsletter inventory through setting CPM floors and allocating certain percentage of their inventory to their exclusive sponsorship campaigns.
• Constantly monitor and analyze publishers' email ad inventory and performance level by using Transmit, Microsoft Excel, and uSlicer(a product of IPONWEB).
