Collaborate on creative visual brand strategies for social and digital marketing. Direct and produce creative content. Product and social photography and retouching. Express creative direction at kick-off meetings. Align in strategic launch of creative content across departments for marketing, sales, and advertising initiatives. Organize creative service needs and deadlines for internal departments. Develop pitch decks and storyboards for creative proposals and upcoming projects. Produce creative direction for campaign photoshoots, video shoots and social media. Direct and coordinate with photo studios, photographers, and talent agencies. Consult on partnership collaborations. Lead, art direct, and inspire freelancers, designers, and interns. Package creative content needed for designers. Manage creative server. Partner with Head of .Com to evolve e-commerce: website design, UI/UX, content development, site optimization, strategic digital marketing, CMS, packaging, and coordination with development team. KPI/SEO implementations and A/B testing. Provide support in design and copywriting.
