Follow all special instructions as related to each order i.e. ship instructions, special planning notes etc. Enter Application Data Sheets into 2 unique data system. Print and Review order acknowledgements for accuracy. Sr. Order Specialist ] Process all "Change Orders" ensuring all modifications are made correctly and all required parties are notified. Import information from Syteline into Excel for report writing and preparation of data. Import information from Microsoft Access and Crystal Report to prepare reports. Prepared daily, weekly and monthly reports. Prepared ad hoc reports an as-need basis.
