Led the transition systems for the management team following the company’s purchase of Connections Media. Managed the company P&L of $2M per year with oversight on pipeline forecasting and accounting integration across both business verticals.

Hand-picked by the parent company to serve as managing partner for this boutique digital consulting business that served a mix of political and public affairs clients. Led the technology/development team to meet client and company goals. Connections was sold internally to a sister brand, the OutCast Agency of San Francisco, in 2019.

Founded, built, and led the technology team. Architected, oversaw, and managed coding and functionality for all projects, leveraging continuous improvement/continuous development practices. Managed office IT and cybersecurity. Responsible for technology development, inclusive of servers and coding across email and web. Scaled the company from the ground floor to up to 36 FTEs. Sold the company to Next Fifteen Communications, a British conglomerate of digital communications and marketing companies, in 2013.

Hired as a software developer and employee No. 1 at this start-up company, hard coding HTML pages and running log reports. Promoted to VP of Technology Operations as an individual contributor with a workload of four to six developers.
