Day to day tasks considered onboarding new potential workers, gathering and reviewing all necessary documentation, verifying their credentials and certifications, ensuring that all necessary validations are completed. This would include: conducting background checks, drug screens, certain tests and vaccines etc. Overall, my role would be crucial in ensuring that the company has qualified workers.

I worked in the Loyalty program with Chase, therefore I'm notating, sending emails if needed for confirmation/itineraries, completing or creating complaints and answering inbound/outbound calls helping Chase cardmembers with bookings/reservations such as: flights, cars, hotels also giving information needed overall for their concerns of travel (airlines).

I worked as a In-home caregiver who assisted the elderly with mental disabilities such as-- dementia, alzheimers', strokes..etc and older disabled people. I helped with day to day chores and needs and was on standby, even staying overnight for the ones who needed care 24/7.
