Used Lean Manufacturing and Project Management tools. Identified two types of waste: operators waiting, and defects. These were great disruption to the value stream. • Drew conclusion on large amounts of raw Excel assembly issue data into Pareto Charts, Pie Charts, and Pivot Tables to analyzing the data about the frequency of problems and focus on the most significant areas of issues. • Took the lead for many areas of the project which increased management skills.
