Art Direction, Graphic Design of Sport and Lifestyle Eyewear, Goggles, Helmets and Apparel collections for Retail, Wholesale, Quick Strike & SMU programs: Concept, Design & Merchandising. • Contributed to overarching brand and seasonal category Creative Direction; innovation stories, design language, consumer / product segmentation, ensuring alignment between eyewear & apparel categories. • Initiated synergies with partnering groups; Sports Marketing, Eyewear Product & Sales teams, driving an evolved point of view, proposing and implementing process constructs, calender objectives, timelines, & creative processes. • Wrote, developed & implemented a Creative Process for the Product Creative group. The process includes roles and responsibilities for the group in its relation to the larger organization, the group's internal review, product briefing and sign-off process, what the group does on a day to day basis as well as on a longer term, more strategic basis, aligned to Luxottica. This process is currently being utilized in the Product Creative Group as the standard for the organization. • Drove an evolved, contemporary, more effecient & market relevant creative point of view for the Snow Goggle & helmet category. Initiated alignmet with Apparel Category partners in Milan & partnered with the Snow Goggle and Helmet category manager, creating a product construct that fosters Brand storytelling alignment, color, graphic & branding segmentation and long term effeciency. This construct was intended to and can be easily applied and implemented throughout the organization and be utilized in multiple product categories. • Concepted and built the brand product release story and segmentation strategy for the entire 2020 year, leading up to the 2020 Olympics; Eyewear, Apparel & Accesories. Collections are being supported by the Global Marketing team in Milan, and are the driving focus of the global Brand Campaign for the year 2020. Product to be featured and segmented in various retail channels worldwide.
