• Oversee all technology operations and evaluating them according to established company goals • Manage internal technology team of 7 employees, including systems administrators, network engineers, cyber security engineers and help desk technicians • Develop strategies in relation to our company's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems) • Devise, establish, and maintain IT policies, procedures and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the Partners • Analyze the business requirements of all departments annually to determine their future technology needs • Collaborate with all department heads to address any ongoing IT support issues and concerns and to strategize better work efficiencies utilizing newer technologies • Facilitate the purchase of equipment and sourcing of IT supplies ensuring cost effective pricing comparisons • Oversee the implementation/upgrade and maintenance of all hardware systems and company applications • Manage IT project scope, budget, timeline and risk and assumes responsibility for successful completion of projects • Implement appropriate controls to detect internal and external security threats and vulnerabilities utilizing third party technologies (Black Carbon, Tenable) • Perform facility management including the relocation of office equipment, server room maintenance, office technology maintenance and several off-site projects • Implemented a friendly remote user access environment for all remote users and clients utilizing VPN, Terminal Services, and VMware VDI • Technical Project Management (200 workstations upgrade to windows 10 64-bit, virtualization of all servers, new VPN system, new terminal servers, new company

• Provide CIO services to each client ensuring company goals and growth are met • Account Manager – visit each client weekly to ensure their overall needs are being met. • Manage all IT and Business solutions for each client, which includes SBS 2003-2008, Exchange 2000-2007, all Microsoft OS’s, Email, Office products, and small databases. • Stabilize the environment of each client to minimize IT support so that they can focus on future company growth. • Coordinate all Project Management and business solutions including accounting and customer service. Sit down with each client and create a project plan to help them achieve their goals in order to grow. • Make recommendations on new software and hardware upgrades and then perform upgrades. This includes setting up virtual servers and machines for development. • Install and configure all new hardware. • Network migrations to virtual environments using VMware software. • Sales – up sale clients on new products software to achieve better performance. • Constantly analyze overall company to see how it can improve in performance and minimize overhead. • Create and implement a disaster recovery plan for each client to assure minimal downtime.
