This organization is working to catalyze a global solution to the climate crisis by making urgent action a necessity across every level of society. Job responsibilities: • Design of the administrative processes for the Mexico & LATAM office. • Generate the operation and expansion plans. • Coordinate logistics and activities for promotion events and brand positioning. • Develop the financial plan for the Mexico & LATAM office. Achievements: • Increased the office efficiency level by the definition and follow-up of standardized processes. • Designed the financial plan required for the office's operation. • Collaborated in the implementation of the media strategy (digital and traditional media). • Generated a cross reference between The Climate Reality Project and the company Framework. Resulting in a media partnership for the most important eCommerce event in Mexico City. This generated the opportunity to have an IT industry audience. • Served as the Moderator of the panel "Technology and Climate Change" that took place in the eShow® event in Mexico City. The panel was formed of C-level executives from different companies within the Telecommunications and Technology industries. Consultant - Sales and Marketing Reporting to: CEO Client: Framework - The eMag & The eShow Framework is a Marketing firm specialized in Inbound Marketing. Framework is the editor of the magazine "The eMag", a publication focused on eCommerce. It is also the owner of "The eShow", the most important eCommerce event in Mexico City. Job responsibilities: • Lead generation for new Key Accounts for The eShow. • Coordinate The eShow expansion to Miami. • Coordinate The eShow expansion to Colombia. Achievements: • Designed the internationalization strategy for The eShow (Miami and Colombia). • Development of "eCommerce Director's Club". Daikin owns 245 subsidiaries (27 Japan; 218 Overseas). Daikin is a Fortune 1000 company with annual sales of 22+ Billion USD. Daikin recently acquired SAEG Engineering Group, an Engineering firm focused on the HVACR industry. Commercial Manager - SAEG Business Unit Reporting to: Business and Operation Manager Job responsibilities: • In charge of the planning and execution of the structural merger between Daikin and SAEG in Mexico. • Responsible for being the liaison between the Japanese Directives and SAEG's HQ. • In charge of developing the administrative and commercial plan for FY 2018 that involved a progressive structure and operations increase. • Lead the recruiting process for technical roles to further grow the structure. Achievements: • Conducted a market research with GfK (World's fourth largest market research organization) in order to better craft a market penetration strategy and achieve the $5MM sales goal for 2018 in Air-conditioning Peripherals and Accessories. In order to conduct this study, I negotiated with the Japanese Directives and Japan's HQ covered the associated costs. That translated in savings of +$60k USD for my business unit. • Implementation of Bitrix24 CRM to have more control on the sales pipeline and leads. • Achieved a huge discount in publicity. That discount represented almost 50% in savings for the marketing budget. • Started a relationship with 4 of the main Key Accounts in the country that generate +$100MM within HVACR industry on an annual basis. One was focused on designing KPI's, workflows, warehouse operation and logistics for a big food chain with presence in Mexico City area. The other project was focused on standardizing the operational and financial processes of a key partner for SAP within the LATAM region as well as the design and implementation of a shared services center.
