I performed all roles/duties within the human resource department. I performed all weekly payroll responsibilities, put in place and drove continuous improvements on all policies and many process within the company. • Devised creative and cost-effective incentive and morale-boosting programs (including special events and an employee of the month program) that increased employee satisfaction and productivity.
