Responsible for implementing at distribution center all costumer guidelines such as ticketing, packaging, etc. In charge of factories compliance from labor, social and ethical standards to meet the company and customer requirements.

Main activities and GBG team liaison between all cross functional teams. Organize, manage and schedule all meetings and calendars from design to production. Focus on responsibilities meeting deadlines with collaboration of design team in order to produce products at the right cost to optimize margin, with the required speed and flexibility in support of the brand strategy. Lead design and product development team through the execution of the sourcing strategy, ensuring that all products are engineered in accordance with cost targets. Manage fabric and trim sourcing seasonally. Attend all fittings with the Designers and facilitate resolving all issues. Maintain strong understanding of consumer and fashion trends through travel, trade shows and competitor research, applying inspiration to new designs.

Women's Knits Main activities and Responsible for: coordinating and managing the development and execution of women's knits, from conceptual design through bulk project production, responsibilities monitoring and ensuring that all production approvals are on schedule; strike-offs, lab dips and bulk approvals; negotiating and confirming all garment delivery dates and final FOB cost. Work with: Design, R&D, PD regarding Pre-Production approval and T&A's, Tech design regarding fittings and sample tracking, and with Logistics for booking approvals, ship mode and freight costs.

Main activities and Work in liaison between Technical Design, Design and Merchandising; handle all aspects of garment production from showroom samples through bulk responsibilities production; full understanding of garment costing and able to land and fully analyze cost sheets; source and negotiate favorable costs and terms regarding local trims; communicate and work directly with domestic and overseas factories on a daily basis, troubleshooting all production issues; ensure that Sample and Production T&A's are met; issue purchase orders, track WIP's and update/manage reports; report directly to VP, Product Development/ Production.
