• Assisting local logistics with ordering equipment in a timely manner • Maintaining and understanding real time inventory control using our ERP, E-Automate • Ordering and receiving drop ship orders directly shipped to customer • Managing every aspect of purchasing process to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and a positive end-user experience • Monitoring open purchase orders and working with vendors and other buyers on filling, deleting or changing orders • Working with our vendors to assist local logistics and/or customer care in tracking and coordinating deliveries • Utilizing excellent customer service skills with internal customers • Working with our National Accounts team to order, track, receive in, and ensure on-time delivery • Maintaining a list of known backordered items so that the appropriate parties can be updated, when necessary • Creating and setting up new items inside E-Automate • Remaining flexible and open minded so that I'm ready to adjust or take on new tasks as needed
