I was the lead on the digital side of the business, ensuring that our challenging
clients were meeting their business requirements when it came to digital
output.
I was the person in constant communication with the leads client side to set out our medium & long term goals and ambitions and then communicating this
to the wider team whilst motivating them to ensure we achieve and exceed
them.
I developed clients' understanding of the role of digital in the very fast paced
marketplace and how it can lead in their communication strategy; this has led
to 200% increase in digital billings throughout the group.
I consulted my clients on their marketing communications and developed long
term digital strategy frameworks to ensure that they were growing in the crowded marketplace whilst achieving cost efficiencies.
I managed a team of 6 ambitious individuals and ensured that we set out the best career plans for them to maximise their personal growth.

I had 17 active clients and I ensured that all of them felt really important and

I was the main day to day lead of the digital output across a large portfolio of clients; on an average week we managed up to 75 campaigns which taught me
excellent time management skills.
I lead the clients on a shift in their communication strategy, where they have
completely changed their approach and moved their marketing to be solely
online, improving both their accountability and ROI in the process; this was
achieved by developing a detailed test and learn approach over an 18 month
period.
I lead a team of 4 cross channel digital specialists whilst developing their
unique channels interests and skills.
