Hired as an Inbound Lead where I was responsible for receiving all inbound freight including new equipment to be barcoded and added to inventory. Rentals returning from orders would be checked-in confirming that all equipment and accessories have been returned. If items are missing or damaged quickly documenting the necessary information to bill accordingly. I was quickly promoted to Account Manager within less than six months then transferred to Orlando, FL where I assisted with the opening of a new 93,000sqft building. Responsibilities included prospecting new clients, fulfilling quote requests as well as many other administrative tasks. My position as an Account Manager was a temporary role. I was happy to have the sales experience, but glad to be transferred back to the operations side where I worked in both Inbound/Receiving dept and the Moving Lights Dept taking fixtures apart to clean while making sure that all technical aspects are in good working order. Other responsibilities included repairs, prepping for and fulfilling large orders, keeping an accurate count of inventory, certified forklift driver, palletizing gear, loading/unloading trailers also including other various warehouse duties when needed.
