Co. Responsible for all field sales in the United States of apparel including Work Wear, Camouflage, Hi Vis, Flame Resistant, and Western wear.
Business Unit responsibilities included personnel decisions, sales & revenue management, distribution strategy, long and short-range plans, and oversight to target the work, sporting goods, and western wear markets.

As the Regional Sales Director for Timberland PRO, I was the regional lead for all sales, sales management, idea gathering, and communication for product design. I was also responsible for driving all aspects of sales of Timberland Pro products in strategic national, regional, and independent accounts in the industrial and occupational sector.
An important part of this role was to develop and execute sales and sell-in strategies to maximize Timberland Pro’s opportunity in the industrial, healthcare, duty, and slip resistant markets. I also worked with some of the industry’s best footwear people to collaborate on product creation, marketing, planning, and sales operations to ensure the successful launch and performance in new initiatives and seasonal products.
We had tremendous success developing, fostering, and maintaining key customer relationships across pertinent channels of distribution. I excelled at driving profitability while minimizing expenses within the assigned region. My team consistently surpassed all quantitative and qualitative measures.

During my 16 years at Iron Age Corp, I held many different positions. With a lot of hard work and dedication, I worked my way through the ranks rising to executive management in my final position of Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations. In this role I had the pleasure of managing all sales and operations in the United States and Puerto Rico.
The various roles I held played an integral part in growing sales from roughly $80 million to $130 million in revenue. Iron Age is where I “cut my teeth” on developing and executing sales distribution plans to maximize both new and existing business opportunities. From cold calling to close, I worked hard to master the skills necessary to close the sale, and just as important to ensure we delivered on promises made to our customers. As a result of phenomenal mentoring, I learned how to recruit, coach, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales force.
