As part of Limeade's acquisition of Sitrion, I managed the transfer of information from Sitrion over to Limeade, including the O365 and Azure environments. My primary objectives were to cleanup, minimize, and upgrade their existing corporate infrastructure with a more cloud (Azure) focus moving forward. I also managed the corporate infrastructure and Helpdesk team. With a helpdesk team of two (one of which I hired) we accomplished the following:

? Took over stalled VoIP Telephony upgrade project and brought it to implementation
? Consolidated and removed old servers/services onto upgraded (2019) servers

Migrated network infrastructure from an unmanaged and inefficient switch topology to a structured environment using managed switches.
