Create photography for each brand housed within Icon Health and Fitness including Norditctrack, Proform, iFit, FreeMotion Fitness, Weider, Weslo, Lotus Yoga and several licensed entities. Collaborate and conceptualize with brand managers, creative directors and art directors from each brand on campaigns, seasonal material and specific targeted material. Manage the in-house photo team, freelancer photographers and producers for studio and location shoots, including preproduction items such as location scouting, talent selection, equipment planning, travel, and execution details. Work closely with the in-house video team and freelance contractors to collaborate on campaigns, commercials, and original content to ensure cohesive marketing material across all platforms. Collaborate with the social media team to create targeted material for campaigns and keep a constant flow of new and fresh imagery for each brand. Create a variety of imagery from product photography, studio lifestyle, location lifestyle, food, and outdoor sports/action photography. Travel with the content creation teams and professional trainers around the world and photograph each location and workout according to each sport (hiking, running, biking, yoga, rowing). Ensure photography is ready for all mediums required including direct-to-consumer, web, retailers, packaging, sales pitches and trade shows. Consistently meet deadlines in a fast paced in-house studio environment. Foster and maintain relationships with team members and freelancers. Update and maintain photo studio equipment; purchase and work with suppliers and rental house agencies to ensure the photo team and freelancers are ready for any project at anytime with all the appropriate gear and tools needed.
