Along with LowBrau management, I opened Beast + Bounty in 2018. Fine dining experience was given in detail to each guest. Seasonal (often several times a month) food, wine, and spirit training was essential to this position. Extensive knowledge of flavor profiles and ingredients of each food and beverage menu item was trained and studied thoroughly. I also trained new staff and took care of many private events and larger, banquet-style parties.
