Facility processed over 6 million D2C packages from October to End of December (Peak). • Eight Direct Reports, Includes Human Resources, Operations and Client Services. • Four Hundred Innotrac Associates and up to seven hundred at Peak Season. • Four Major Clients • Operated under Cost Per Unit Budgeted Goals • Automated facility with 2.5 miles of Conveyor, RF Picking • Managed Full P&L • Improved picking performance from an average 79 UPH on a goal of 100 UPH to over 117 UPH on a goal of 100 UPH by creating a more aggressive training program and increasing accountability. • Improved scanning performance from an average of 383 on a goal of 500 UPH to 497 UPH on a goal of 500 UPH redesigned the packing station and reduced wait time by having IT improve the bandwidth. • Improved facility morale by improving the communication within the facility with visual monitors that update regularly and display positive associate information. • Negotiate with vendors and clients on Cost Per Unit Improvements • Created BiggWill University which is a bi-weekly training for Supervisors and bi-weekly update for Team Leaders it teaches them how to calculate CPU, How to make decisions on the fly, when to reduce resources, how to have hard conversations, how to write a review.
