• Working with R&D engineering in the agriculture and landscape departments in creating assembly documents and test fixtures for plastic assembly sprinklers. Test setup and microscopic measurements for data collection to graph and report analysts/findings.
• Created SLA's for rapid prototyping and tooling needed for test fixtures. Interacted with local machine shops, company staff and outside suppliers for modifying existing equipment/designs to ease manufacturing of all prototyping using SolidWorks 2013 through '17 as the design software of choice. Managing using SmarTeam and EPDM for the release of new designs, deviations, and ECO implementation.
• Sketching ideas, prepare layouts, and put together detailed information for upcoming products and implementation for releases.
• Coordinated design changes to new and existing products such as ease of manufacturability and assembly, from material changes, to a tight fit, slip fit or threads callouts from NPT to Acme. Determined drafts angles on plastic parts for the ease ejection from the manufacturing molds.

• Worked with WDI Ride Engineering and Show-Animation teams to development new water rides, Roaring Rapids and Canoes. Also worked on a Ropes Course Trail and animated figures using SolidWorks 2013, ACAD '13 and SmarTeam for the release processes and document control.
• Developed a concrete flume assembly based on water calculations and the Creative group on conceptual models. Equipment placement base on supplier's specifications such as vertical conveyors, boat stops, guide post, turntable, up-ramp, down-ramps and guide posts.
• Created 3D ACAD models to import into NavisWorks for BIM meetings and to communicate information to structural, civil and architectural teams.
• Helped in the development of a new 36ft fiberglass canoe based on conceptual sketches/models. Created the process for the fiberglass canoe shells, UHMW bumpers, exterior décor, safety labels and BOM assemblies.
• Helped in the development of new animated figures in which included head, torso and arm assemblies. Also helped in the development of Show Animated figures such as a Crocosaurus, doors opening and closing for a Castle walk-thru. Closing and opening of a Chest for a floating apple, all while using ANSI/ASME Y14.5-2009.
