Provide administrative support to 8 Designers of the International Interior Design Department of the Real Estate Design Firm. Work with all levels of internal management and staff. Conduct extensive computer & Internet research, communicate & coordinate with outside clients and vendors, receive and direct visitors. Create spreadsheets and presentations using the Microsoft platform, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. Calculate price quotes, file, email and fax. Organize the materials library (stone, fabric, wallpaper, carpet, etc.) and reorganize the library to facilitate easy retrieval for Senior Designers. Perform administrative duties as needed, completing a wide variety of tasks and projects for the Interior Design Department.

Worked with association members to identify and implement solutions. Organized, planned, marketed, budgeted, and ordered supplies for monthly resident activities. Established Facebook site for resident info postings and performed content management of pictures and information on the page. Represented the public image of Panther Village, and promoted amenities to prospective students.
