Perform a variety of technical and administrative HR duties relating to personnel functions and programs including areas of employment recruitment, classification and compensation, employee relations, and liability claims. Provides information and assistance to employees regarding HR activities, processes, policies, and procedures. Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions. Serve on the Employee Wellness Committee.

Provide administrative support to the HR department. Assist the HR department in carrying out various HR programs and procedures for all company employees. Provide customer service by answering employee requests and questions. Observe and learn the basic HR functions by receiving practical training from the HR Representative, HR Generalists, and Vice President of HR. Gained knowledge about the role of the HR professional while providing support for various HR projects.
