Steer seasonal meetings to design tech packs and oversee fabric selections and print reviews. Hold full accountability for organizing raw materials and trims to develop initial protos with overseas factories. Examine trend, fabrics, silhouettes,
color, and trims to identify trend direction. Design merchandising plans based on sales analytics and deliver showroom presentation in liaison with sales teams. Guide teams in advising styling, marketing, and merchandising objectives
