-Assist in item set up for some accounts-UPCs, upload pictures, create item descriptions, etc. -Take on incoming calls regarding any products questions or issues. -Provide a weekly inventory for all Sales Reps. -Manage customer transactions including order entry, RMA entry, credit processing, etc. -Facilitate international shipments and customs documentation. -Work with production department to provide customers with product availability updates. -Communicate issues to sales reps and work through resolutions -Work with allocation and trafficking teams to make sure orders ship complete and on time. -Works closely with large online retailers including: Amazon, Livewell Sports, Wayfair, ATG, Hayneedle, Unbeatable Sales, etc. and creates a relationship with the buyers in order to execute purchase orders in a timely manner.
