Tipsy Elves is an online startup that was founded in 2011 by two best friends from college, Evan Mendelsohn and Nick Morton. www.TipsyElves.com was originally an e-commerce site featuring only ugly Christmas sweaters but has since expanded to include Christmas dresses, pants, leggings, onesies, and socks while also launching other apparel for non-Christmas holidays such St. Patrick's Day, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, and much more! Since launching in 2011, sales have increased 200-300% year-after-year. Ranked #258 in Inc. Magazine's Top 5,000 for 2015 (http://www.inc.com/profile/tipsy-elves) as well as #15 in Top Retail Companies and #5 business in the San Diego Area. Tipsy Elves was featured on ABC's Shark Tank on December 13th, 2013 as part of Shark Tank's annual holiday episode. We received two offers from the sharks and elected to accept an investment offer from Robert Herjavec. In 2014, Tipsy Elves was featured as a Shark Tank Success Story recapping the success experienced since we were originally featured on Shark Tank in 2013. I was offered a position with Tipsy Elves in October of 2012 as a Customer Support Agent. Since then, I have progressed as Customer Service Manager, Brand Manager, and currently, Director of Operations. My duties as Head of Operations/Fulfillment and Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to, managing: - Customer Service Team using ZenDesk: Email, Phone, and Live Chat customer support for three Magento-built websites (US, Canada and UK) and Amazon Seller accounts (US, Canada and UK). - Website Product Listings - User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) - Order Fulfillment - Office point of contact for three warehouses - U.S., Canada and the U.K. - SEO - SQL - Selling on Amazon: FBA and Seller-Fulfilled. - Wholesale Lifecycle: Order Collection, Point of Contact, Order Fulfillment, and A/R.
