Role Description • SAP Landscape Manager - Europe Region Key Responsibility Area • Delivery Management for 40+ resources • Stake holder & business stake holder management • Resilience and Cost optimization • Technology Project Delivery • Critical incident and change management Details As SAP Landscape Manager for Europe region, responsible for managing various SAP systems (20 Production instances) for Unilever. Responsible for SAP architecture, and technology-based decisions and run phase (24X7). Working with platform/business stake holders and various vendor partners and deliver projects based on business timelines. Responsible for ensuring service quality and project delivery of internal organization and vendor partners. Responsibility also lies in the run operations where we actively manage performance, incidents, and changes for landscapes. A major deliverable is new service integration to the vendor partners, as the projects are managed inhouse. New Operational acceptance (OA) process is defined to ensure full compliance is met during transitions. This model is flexible and can be changed as per the nature of the project. As a cloud operational lead for SAP estates, drive cloud hosting and service management working closely with Microsoft. Manages SAP estate management team focused on cost optimization, capacity and lifecycle management for cloud tools and infrastructure IaaS Currently all new SAP builds are done on cloud as part of the "cloud first" initiative, where we have already hosted CFIN on Azure which is a 6 TB instance and HANA instance for data lakes.

Anglo Gold Ashanti (SA) Aug/2012 - Apr/2016 Project Description SAP Implementation - Anglo Gold Ashanti (AGA) is one of the leading mining companies with global presence head quarter in Johannesburg, with mines across geographies. They have operations in Australia, South Africa, CAR, Namibia, Ghana, Brazil, Argentina, USA and Columbia. SAP implementation in AGA covers all the above regions and all the regions were integrated in to one SAP system Role Description • Technical Architect Lead - Responsible for Hardware sizing, Installations, Print and Batch architecture designs, Primary services were - Incident management, change request management, queue management, SAP Security & Access management, SAP Monitoring, CPS installation and configuration, IDOC process flows, third party integrations (Nota Fiscal) • Onshore Support Lead - After implementation, application support was transitioned to India, where my role was to transition the basis tasks across and manage them from client location. As part of this, we set up a team of 14 members in India and 4 in Brazil to ensure 24X7 coverage. We had a 4-member team in South Africa who solely work on projects and new initiatives and all these resources report in to me. • Data Center Migration - To leverage the new age "Infrastructure As A Service Model", we moved the client data center from Fujitsu (UK) to Orange (Paris). As part of this project, we ensure the right sizing of infrastructure and seamless migration to the new infrastructure and the project was carried out in 3 months' time frame.
