I celebrate small victories with my team to establish and maintain cohesiveness in preparation for the bigger ones. I initiate cross training and offer 1 on 1 feedback, to create a well rounded team in the hopes to disciple the next group of leaders.

I take pride in leading my team to victory, I smile every time my team learns something new, and I feel accomplished whenever the novice becomes the expert; this is why I wake up every morning, it is the reason why I want to do more and get better at what I do.

• Assist with launching ONT8, by training newly acquired Management, external and promoted Tier 3s
• Directly supervises up to 90 Associates within the Case Receive and Prep departments
• Successfully coached and contributed to the conversion of approximately 20 Temporary associates at ONT8
• Responsibilities include: training associates, planning assignments and directing work, evaluating performance, finding barriers and resolving problems to the operation process
• Partner with other departments to balance labor, ensure operating balanced and efficient shifts to fulfill orders
• Review the work forecasts and determine requirements to obtain productivity during the day to meet the overall building objectives
