• Manage intellectual property arm of Astro Malaysia unit business ( Nusantara Division / Astro Shaw / Gempak.id ) content & media company. • Supervise co production, production, investments and monetization of film / mini series (Drama & Non Drama •Supervise all Astro Shaw & Nusantara Division content project in Indonesia and act as representative person of Astro Malaysia in Indonesia.

• Content Acquisition (Movie & Series) • Content Strategy & Curation • Deal Negotiation & Contract review • Understand and interpret data to identify trends in content performance • Work closely with marketing team to ensure all content related activities are well planned.

• Create all music playlist, new modules and features. • Put together digital marketing & social media strategy with marketing team. • Analyze and put together content benchmarking for music application competitors. • Working together with Product & Tech Department to Develop, improve and fix problem on Apps. • Develop and maintain relationships with regional labels and artists. • Working together with Telco company partners & QA new deliveries to ensure proper publishing.

• Develop IBOLZ Indonesia Apps and Website working together with Web developer team and Tech team. • Managing content on Apps and Website on weekly basis. • Working together with tech team develop some Mobile Application & website for Private Company, Government and community. • Supervise daily operation of Content & Programming Department. • Responsible of Content and Channel Acquisition.

• Responsible of communication and negotiation process with International or Local Channel Distributors or Content Distributors. • Create research analysis for local Channel, International Channel and others Content. • Working Together with Production team to develop some local in house Channels. • Responsible for all matters related with Broadcasting and FIFA World cup 2014 content on VIVA+ . • Supervise daily operation and develop content for 3 in house channels & 9 FIFA Worldcup 2014 Channels.

• Create Programming Concept and strategy of 24 hours Telkomvision music channel. • Build a good relationship with all major labels , indie label , artist and musician. • Acquired some International programs. • Work together with production team and production houses to produce some music programs. • Supervise daily operation of music channel

• Create and develop concept of music and entertainment channel. • Creating workflow and organization of Music and entertainment channel. • Produce programs for music and entertainment channel.

• Responsible of International and local content acquisition for Astro Indonesia Youth Entertainment channel. • Responsible for programs license fee negotiation with International and local distributors. • Create programming and marketing strategy of Astro Indonesia Youth Entertainment Channel. • Monitoring quality and delivery program materials from content distributors.

• Supervised daily operation MTV and Vh1 programming department • Responsible of International programs acquisition for MTV and Vh1 Indonesia • Create programming strategy and scheduling daily program for MTV and Vh1 Indonesia • Create MTV Indonesia weekly music chart (MTV Ampuh • Monitoring on air quality of MTV and Vh1 Indonesia programs. • Maintain a good relationship with all record labels,Artist management and Musician.
