Collections Analyst, Sr

Accounting & Finance

• Analyze reports to identify past due Canadian customer accounts and collect on them
• Act as backup for the Payments Department in daily cash postings for our
Canadian market
• Assist the Credit Department when help is needed
• Rely on strong multi-tasking skills to prioritize assignments while still taking care of my daily
responsibilities
• Maintain status reports and manage a 7 million portfolio
• Reviewing discrepancies and work effectively in order to resolve in a timely manner
• Assist US accounts analysts on identifying resources needed to collect past due amounts, and process
potential refunds, through monthly meetings
• Offer support to said analysts in-between meetings to get and maintain their accounts current
• Maintained currents at 90% or over
• Analyze, research and dispute order discrepancies with our US distributors
• Keep write offs at a minimum
• Assist in training new collectors

• Install F&P software on customer's computer
• Troubleshoot F&P software issues with the customers
• Troubleshoot Cpap download issues with the customers
• Troubleshoot GSM transmission issues with the customers
• Troubleshoot issues the customers might experience with Info Smart web, Web-based

• Coordinate any necessary software related returns with Customer Care
• Screen applications to the Home Care Services website
• Keep spreadsheet of HomeCare Services registration requests
• Test updates to InfoSmart Web
• Escalate issues resolution to NZ Headquarters if/when necessary

Software Support Specialist

• Process orders received by phone, fax or email daily, for U.S. and Canada customers
• Ensure liaison between customers and Sales Representatives and/or Respiratory

• Process quotes, requests and special orders from Representatives of assigned
