Responsible for receiving and facilitating calls with customers experiencing technical issues and instruction with iOS and Mac Devices.

Responsible for domestic and international client account management and development including sales of services. Provided client interface including project management, testing, training and interpretation of data. Required frequent travel.

Provision of customer installations and service calls. Responsible for monitoring system-wide network outages, interruption of service and escalation of system issues for greater Salt Lake Valley. Also did Customer call backs to help restore service if possible by phone to save truck rolls as a pilot program.
