Reporting to the President, working with Executive Leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure all purchasing and contract administration objectives are met. Manage the daily activities of all Contract Administrators and mid-management level Managers for the complete execution of contracts from creation of contract to billing of clients.

Manage Purchasing Department, plan and coordinate all activities related to sourcing and procurement of materials, components, supplies, services, and payables. Review sales demand forecasts and manufacturing schedules to ensure all essential parts and supplies are available when needed to meet market requirements, while minimizing unnecessary inventory. Sourcing responsibilities, including effectively identifying, qualifying and selecting suppliers, and managing, monitoring and building mutually beneficial relationships. All procurement responsibilities, including comparing and evaluating products to determine if they align with the needs of the company. Ensure solid communication by actively working with other members of the organization and Board of Directors.

Manages the activities and operations of the Purchasing Department including purchasing, warehouse, and inventory control programs; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies and provides support, information, and assistance to other authority staff on purchasing issues; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Assistant General Manager.
