In March of 2014, I was recruited by bebe stores to take store systems to another level. With the importance of increased security needed by the store systems and the ever-increasing need to further an omnichannel solution, they came to me because of my extensive experience in Retail solutions. In a short amount of time I was able to make that a reality. Some of the things we completed are listed below. There was more to be done, however, bebe is closing down. • Successfully implemented Verifone Point EMV solution to make bebe compliant with current PCI requirements and saving 10’s of thousand in fraudulent charges. • Successfully implemented the FDMS Transarmor tokenization solution to limit the company liability from a data breach and limit the scope requirements for PCI compliance. • Successfully implemented the Oracle Locate inventory brokering system to broaden the availability of inventory for sale. This enabled us close a huge gap between bebe.com and Store Systems by fulfill

Ulta Beauty, Inc., Bollingbrook, IL. • Assisting in Oracle Xstore POS software (and all relevant modules for the POS software package), analysis, QA, Pilot rollout and support for release 1. • Additional support and analysis for subsequent rollout to additional stores and Release 2 build.

During my 14 years at Century21, I have added value to the company’s profitability through numerous system projects in order to support the double digit business increases. • Joined C21 as Manager of the POS system, in charge of system analysis, modification implementation, and support. Responsibilities included application analysis and modifications, support of all registers and servers. • Oversaw complete implementation through direct interaction with all Corporate Executives, including Owners, finance, Store Operations, and Training. • Designed modifications and system flow to fit all Corporate requirements. • 2010-2012 – New business requirements necessitated a more robust and versatile application. After reviewing several systems, Xstore was the application of choice for POS, and Relate as a CRM, Loyalty, and Gift card system. • Completed full implementation of all stores in 17 months with the first pilot store in 7 months. • Supported 750 registers and 35 servers.

• 1985 – Store Manager • 1989 – District Sales Supervisor of 8 stores • 1991 to 1994 I was asked to be a liaison and analyst for a POS system upgrade from the Prime system to and IBM AS400 server system and store registers running the IBM OS2 operating system. Main responsibilities of ensuring the all the store’s needs were met for Credit application processing and POS transaction flow. Managed the complete system modifications, QA, and training. • 1994 to 1996 – Supervised an accelerated growth plan, by overseeing the opening of 80 stores in 12 western states over a 24-month period. Responsibilities included POS system installation and hiring of Sales personnel until each grand opening. • 1996 to 1999 – District Sales supervisor of 12 stores and “IT” POS system analyst.
