- Present and sell Insight Global’s staffing services capabilities as a resource to managers in hiring positions at Fortune 500 companies -Build new and maintain existing relationships with C-Level, VP, and other executive-level management across set territory through networking (on-site meetings,coffees, lunches, happy hours, and other social events) - Manage book of business encompassing over 40 unique business accounts - Source, recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to open positions within client’s needs – average approximately 120 placements per year - Manage a team of up to four recruiters – responsible for the training, mentoring, and performance-evaluation on a day-to-day basis
