HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

I began as a consumer loan specialist with SouthTrust Bank in May 1997. I was promoted to the position of Assistant Branch Manager in August 1997. In the spring of 1999, was promoted to Branch Manager. Around 2005, I led this branch through a merger with Wachovia Bank. Stayed as branch manager at this same branch until a year after the announced merger with Wells Fargo. In November 2009, was transferred to a neighboring branch as branch manager. I led that branch through the merger to Wells Fargo.
