Designed an inclusive lift system and harness for transferring people with limited mobility from a wheelchair to a sit-ski. Worked with mechanical engineers and industrial designers to develop a vest that can be used for both manual and mechanical client transfers for adaptive sports organizations and potential assisted living facilities. Designed and fabricated functional prototypes for user testing and for commercial viability. Project management responsibilities included compiling research insights, managing BOM/inventory, and overseeing user testing.
