My name is Emiko Hackman. Growing up, there was never any doubt in my mind that the creative world would be apart of my life forever. The sea runs life through my veins as a SoCal native and surfer, it inspires me to visually portray the beauty of the ocean and all aspects of the world that God has created. In 2014 I graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a BA in Graphic Design. I still live in Southern California, expanding my design portfolio so one day I can hopefully help conservation efforts by spreading awareness through innovative design. I want to create pieces that inspire and move others emotionally to want to express themselves in a positive way.


The Social Life is a custom Greek apparel and college lifestyle brand based in Los Angeles, CA. Through unparalleled innovation in product design, marketing, apparel manufacturing, and eCommerce, TSL is changing the way Fraternity and Sorority members order custom apparel. Thanks to our talented team of graphic designers, product developers, photographers, national sales coordinators, and many other key personnel, TSL is now a household name on every major college campus in the Untied States. 

As a graphic designer, I designed custom apparel, accessories, and lookbooks nationwide for collegiate groups at all schools.
