Mens and Womens, all categories Incorporated Fast Track processes to achieve a 28 week Production calendar. Scaled Mens, Womens, Graphic & Denim teams to push out monthly deliveries with a smaller team on a tighter calendar. Led a Design team of 2 Assistants and an Intern in a start up division with less than 40 stores to almost 100 stores and a team of 18 at it's peak in 2015 with a $110m Sales forecast. Scaled Team workload to take on Guess Outlet responsibilities. Implemented processes to achieve a shorter calendar.

Mens and Womens, all categories Grew total business to $85m by 2013 with 86 US stores. Coordinated with licensees in Korea, the Philippines, and Mexico as well as wholesale business at Macy's. Successfully aligned Womens product to Mens to achieve a solid brand footprint. Partnered with Social Media, E-Commerce and Marketing to push out a focused Brand message.

Mens, all categories Revamped start up product line into a sellable and cohesive branded message for the value driven fast fashion market. Created a solid brand identity that would become the total Mens and Womens brand footprint. Partnered with cross-functional teams - Buying, Tech, Production - to create and refine processes. Established Design processes that would later scale to Womens division.

Reaction, Signature & Sport brands - Mens Knits, Sweaters, Graphic Tees. Seasonally developed Knits and Sweater categories out of China for Wholesale and Retail accounts. Total $60m in annual sales. Conducted regular line reviews as well as seasonal color and trend development with licensor, Kenneth Cole Prod. Coordinated production of fashion show pieces for seasonal Runway shows. Coordinated development for Outlet division with Assoc Designer. Extensive travel to Hong Kong for line development in HK office. Created better Designer Signature line for Saks, and sport line Silver for Retail.

Avirex and AVX brands - Mens Knits, Sweaters, and T-shirts Developed crossover urban brand out of Korea office for Wholesale (Macy's, Dr. Jay's) and Retail accounts, working as a right hand to the VP of Design.

Perry Ellis America, Perry Cottons and Outlet brands - all categories. Relaunched America for an urban customer, age range 15 - 25 yo. First year sales = $15m at Foot Locker, Foot Action, Dr. Jay's. Developed Perry Cottons, an all-cotton Casual weekend-wear line. First year sales = $10m at May Co., Dillards. Worked with Sales to create Specials for Marshalls, Lord & Taylor, as well as Retail stores. Associate Designer Perry Ellis Collection - Mens Knits, Perry Ellis Street - Mens, all categories.
