I have worked as a full-time snowboard instructor at Brighton Ski Resort for the last 9 years. I am pursuing my alpine and park/pipe certification through the American Association of Snowboard Instructors. I teach children as young as four and adults as old as grandparents. I've learned amazing presentation and communication skills while working here. Being able to get your point across in a clear and concise way, while checking for understanding, is the key to teaching. As well as being able to adapt to the situation at hand without losing your cool. My duties include teaching "first-timers" up to "black diamond" level students, as well as "park and pipe" clinics.

In this role I provided leadership and guidance for the sales reps on our regional sales team. This consisted of providing relevant industry information, coaching, and promoting accountability. Managing local and regional marketing campaigns on multiple platforms. Providing the member benefits and loyalty discount programs for groups like: travel clubs, teaching associations, employer groups, high school fundraising groups, motor clubs, etc. Additionally, promoting customer loyalty and helping stimulate local business through Zions AmaZing Deals for Zions Bank.
