Servers:- AD Server(WIN 2003) - 1 No Exchange Server (MS Exchange 2003) - 1 No Database server (Oracle and MS-SQL)- 2 Nos Infra Server(WIN 2003) - 9Nos Connectivity - Leased line User Strength - 600 nos IT team strength - 7 Engineers. Job Profile:- Responsible for the resolution of escalated onsite calls at all offices of Wartsila India. Management of calls within the stipulated SLA. Co-ordination with HP remote management team for all the Hardware calls at site related to Servers, Desktop, Switches and Backup Devices. Co-ordination with HP Global Service Desk team for end user support calls at Wartsila India site. Coordination with Engineers at different Wärtsilä India Locations. Coordination with Wärtsilä Remote management (Server/Network) team in Finland.
