ACCELERATES ENTERPRISE VALUE AND REVENUE THROUGH ORGANIC GROWTH

As COO of Kane Logistics, Harry developed a program to grow the organization from a base in the  Northeast US to a national footprint while doubling revenue and profitability.  Restructured the organization to greenfield and support operations in the west, southeast and central US.  Implemented Lean Logistics processes to reduce labor by 15% and drive operational consistency taking the company from $70M to $140M in six years.

EXCEEDS GOALS IN CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENTS

As Executive Vice President and General Manager of USCO's Shared Warehousing business, the challenge was to deliver consistent and profitable services from twenty one centers across the US.  Utilizing LEAN principles to reduce cost and standardize outputs, high-performing teams were enabled taking USCO's shared warehousing results from $43M in revenue to $103M in five years.  Cost reductions exceeded $5M quadrupling profits and positioning the company for a sale to Kuehne & Nagel.
