Heather Brown: Customer Service Manager in Santa Maria, CA

I am the Customer Service Manager. I also manage our returns department as well as the Fraud department. I have worked with a team as small as 2 and upwards of 7. I work closely with our purchasing, marketing and warehouse to ensure customers get the best experience while shopping online. I have effectively changed company policy and cut our returns and credits down since I took over the position in 2013.

I started within sales and Customer Service and was promoted to Customer Service Manager within my first year. I worked with an ecommerce company that primarily drop shipped orders. I was also the point of contact for all vendors in relation to orders, order status, returns and any issues that arose.

I started off in sales and quickly adapted within Customer Service. I assisted with quality control and would monitor phone calls to assure the best customer service was provided.
