Holly Maxwell: Estimating Coordinator / Department Manager in San Diego, CA

In my current position I have many responsibilities, but the main one is supporting our Design Build estimating team. I single-handedly support 10 estimators, our Senior Estimator, our Chief Estimator, our VP of Estimating, and our Regional Director of Business Development. I am the motherboard for our department. I handle each project from the moment it appears in my inbox to the moment our estimate proposal is sent out. I maintain a sensationally organized job list, plan log, bid schedule, supplier list, and much more. I can find anything you need in 30 seconds or less. True story. In addition to my estimating duties, I maintain our licenses throughout the many states we currently work in.
