•Directly responsible for creating custom visual presentations to increase sales while maintaining company standards, yet having the ability to take risks. •Responsible for receiving merchandise and ensuring it is floor ready, then making certain that new product is placed on the sales floor within 24 hours. •Responsible for tracking sales on top selling product and merchandising it accordingly. Implementing and maintaining an exceptional level of visual and merchandising execution, including window displays and mannequins. •Responsible for teaching and enforcing Policy and Procedure to every employee, partnering with the management team to train new talent and uphold the staff at a higher level of integrity and quality of customer service. •Responsible for creating a selling culture and developing a friendly rapport with our local, as well as our out of town customer base and converting them to customers for life. •Responsible for increasing sales and motivating every employee to the same goal. •Partnering with the management team to ensure time management plans are in place and executed. •Other duties include opening and closing responsibilities, monetary responsibility, inventory, store operations, and product knowledge.
